Presentation Summary
The EMCDDA has adopted PM² as an implementation tool of the EMCDDA 2025 Strategy promoted by the Director, Alexis Goosdeel, in 2015 after his election.
A number of staff members have been trained on the PM² methodology and the speaker was among them. Meeting this project management Language, Processes and tools posed a series of questions challenges and opportunities.
This intervention will discuss an example of the transformation of an idea into a project that was successfully approved (but not yet completed!).
One question will also be launched for further reflection: as the current Pandemic has changed our working style, time, and places: how will PM² be more relevant to achieve and maintain quality results?
